Patrick Hiester is the Vice President of BizPsych. Mr. Hiester specializes in the assessment and intervention of complex organizational challenges. Mr. Hiester and his colleague Marcia Kent have created a synthesis model for increasing collaboration in the workplace called "The Currency of Collaboration." This training and organizational model combine the many years of experience Mr. Hiester has in counseling and psychology, experiential education, conflict and mediation, domestic and workplace violence and practice in the Employee Assistance field. Robert A. Mines, Ph.D., is the CEO of Mines and Associates, a National Business Psychology Firm and the sister company of BizPsych. Dr. Mines has published professional articles and presented at international and national meetings on topics such as organizational change and break through projects, succession planning, positive psychology and business performance, strategic alliances, work stress, impairment at work, and many others. Dr. Daniél Kimlinger serves as the Human Resources and Organizational Psychology Leader for MINES and Associates. Dr. Kimlinger has experience in workplace investigations, organizational assessments and interventions, strategic planning, interviewing, professional development, training, coaching, conflict resolution, human resources consulting and breakthrough projects. Dr. Kimlinger completed the Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University and completed her Ph.D. in the school of Business Psychology in Organizational Leadership at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
